Factory Details:-
Our manufacturing unit is located in Mumbai at Kandivali (W), Chemical zone,
Notified by Government of India with rubber processing machineries,  testing
laboratory and tool room. We cater 'OEM' in India as well as overseas.
Our raw materials are purchased from recognized reputed quality control
manufacturers. Before taking raw material for production they are being  

tested for quality control measures and then we take them for compounding.

Our Highly qualified rubber technologist does rubber compounding

having experience of 30 years. All our production is  being tested right from initial stage after molding  'O' rings, Oil seals, Gaskets, Diaphragms etc.

We remove one sample of each die and they are dimensionally inspected by digital Vernier Callipers and hardness by imported hardness tester. Other physical test as
recommended by our purchaser. Our finished products are dimensionally and
physically tested plus we provide our chemical report to confirm the polymer
and its property.

We Manufacture:-
1. Teflon EN-capsulated O-ring in wide range of all types
of rubber for various applications such as oil, gases, corrosive
chemicals, salts etc. We have about 1,50,000 dies in ready stock & we supply many
sizes readily available with us to many-reputed organization.

We have Mixing Mill Unit,  Lab for Testing Rubber.

Transparent Silicone Rubber
Tubings  are  Made from  silicone rubber  using  hot air /infra red /micro wave curing system.
Material is food / pharma / medical grade, this tubing can be autoclave many
times, their physical nature will not change, our material is specially formulated

with imported rubber from USA and medical grade curing agent.
We offer any size to your requirement from 0.5 mm ID, delivery one week, we
do not recommend silicone rubber for medical implant grade, but can be used
externally, our material can stand all test inclusive human blood for long
period, so during operation you can pass any fluid. Our material is non
toxic, recommend to be sterilized before use in medical or food industry,to
get best result always sterilized in closed chamber free from

bacteria / algea / moisture free atmosphere.

Hydraulic Application: U-Seal, V-Seal, Chevron Packing, Oil Seals,
Canvas Seals, Wiper Seals, Glyd Ring, V-Rings A & S types, Oil Seals

(MI, MO, MOC type) in Nitrile, Neoprene, Polyurethane, Acrylic, EPDM, Viton,
Silicone rubber.

PNEUMATIC APPLICATION: V-Seal, Diaphragm, Piston Seal, O-Rings,
Slide Rings, T-Rings, Hydro Pneumatic Seals etc. in Polyurethane, Nitrile,
Neoprene, Viton, Silicone etc.

ACTUATOR VALVE, SELONOID VALVE; Rubber Diaphragm with Cotton,
Nylon, Rayon, Wire, Teflon laminated, Teflon padded etc. in different rubber
Suchas Viton, Silicone, EPDM, Butyl, Neoprene etc.

Engineering Industry: Tailor made component as per Parties drawing
and specification such as Gasket, O-ring, Chevron Packing, Silicone sponge
molded and extruded Viton cords, Silicone molded cords, Sheets etc.

Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industry: Transparent Silicone tubing,
Coloured Silicone tubing, Viton sponge sheet.

Speciality: Teflon coated Viton / Silicone O-Ring, KALREZ-O-Rings,
Silicone Carbide for Mechanical Seals.

Rubber Sheets, Rubber Hoses, Expansion Joints, Tubes, Bellows, U-Seals,
Chevron Packing, Teflon Laminated Rubber Diaphragms, Teflon tubes coloured
transparent, Teflon welded products are our latest addition.

Modified PTFE Resins have capability for welding , grades FEP, PFA.

Expansion Joints: Flexible joints can be designed to any required size,
at any place with flanges - without flanges, with cotton canvas, Nylon Ply in
any rubber as per parameters. Multi Arch joints are also available as per
Party's recommendation and length upto 15mtrs.
